How can I recover ₹8 lakhs from my boyfriend? He promised to return it within 6 months, but it’s been 2 years. He only returned ₹85,000 in parts. I had to take loans because of this. Now I’m in debt, and he still says he doesn’t have money. What legal options do I have?
