How can I legally recover my money?
In April 2021, my friend called me and said her husband was solely responsible for his elder brother’s marriage. Due to COVID, I gave her ₹30,000 to help. She returned ₹15,000 but hasn’t refunded the rest. Now, she and her husband don’t take my calls. What should I do?
