How can I seek legal relief for ₹10 lakh debt?

I have a debt of about ₹10 lakhs in unsecured loans (personal loans, credit cards, and app loans). Now, I don’t have a source of income. I lost my job, my children are studying, and my husband is a daily wage worker who was injured and is still recovering. We are struggling even for food. How do I file for legal relief, and where can I get free legal services? I cannot pay fees. I am 45 years old, unemployed, and have only worked in the financial sector with no other professional qualifications. Please guide me.

You can approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) for debt-related matters or file for insolvency if you cannot repay the loans. Legal aid services may be available for free, and you can also reach out to non-profit organizations offering free legal assistance. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
