How to complain against Groww for illegal recovery threats?
How can I file a complaint against Groww, since the RBI Ombudsman Scheme does not include Groww Creditserv Services? Groww Creditserv Services is a lender on the Groww app, along with other lenders such as IDFC First Bank, etc. There are several illegal practices being carried out by Groww's recovery agents, such as sending threatening WhatsApp messages with phrases like "we will inform your relatives about your loan," etc.
If Groww or its recovery agents are threatening or harassing you, save all messages and lodge a complaint through Groww’s official grievance system.
