How to remove name wrongly added in cheque case?
A cheque was issued by a private limited company. I am not a director, manager, or signatory, yet my name has been added as a third party in the case. How can my name be removed by the court? If not, what alternative legal remedies are available to me? Please advise.

If you were not a director, manager, or signer of the cheque, and your name was wrongly added, you can file a discharge application in court showing that you had no role.
