What can I do if my debtor has not repaid money?
My debtor has not returned my 1.5 lakhs for the last 10 years. His cheque was also bounced. What can I do?

To recover your loan, you can send a legal notice demanding repayment. If they still refuse, file a civil suit for the recovery of money in the court. You can also approach the bank for the bounced cheque and file a complaint under the Negotiable Instruments Act for dishonoring the cheque.
