What to do if the tour operator fails and bounces?

We transferred money online to a person for a travel tour package, but he did not arrange the trip and is not returning the money. Additionally, the cheque he gave has bounced.

For non-delivery of services and cheque bounce, file a consumer complaint with the Consumer Forum for breach of contract and deficiency in service. You can also lodge a criminal complaint for cheque dishonor under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act to claim your money back.
