What to do if uncle misused cheques and filed case?

I took over my father’s workshop where my uncle (my father’s brother) used to work under him. As my business grew, his jealousy increased. He was caught manipulating business accounts, which caused a dispute. Later, he started harassing my staff and diverting customers. After I refused his demand for money and a job, he entered the workshop using a spare key, stole account books and my cheque book with two signed blank cheques. He misused them, causing a cheque bounce. I issued a stop payment. After another dispute, the second cheque bounced too. I obtained a court stay order, but now he has filed a case under Section 138 NI Act. What are my chances of success?
