What should I do if school denies pending salary payment?
I am a teacher at a private school. At the time of my termination, the principal did not pay my salary. Whenever I follow up, they make excuses. It has now been one year. What can I do? Please help.

You can file a labour complaint in the Labour Commissioner’s office or go to labour court for recovery of unpaid salary. Even if one year has passed, your right is still valid. You should first send a legal notice to the school asking for your due salary. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
