Is public drinking slip without challan just a warning?
Police caught me yesterday drinking in public near Saket. They took a breath analyzer test and gave me a slip showing 198 mg. They took a photo of my Aadhaar card and asked me to sign a "pabandi nama" (restriction letter), then let me go. The calibration date on the slip was valid until 2023.
