What legal action can I take against the person who kicked?
Recently I had a road accident while riding my bike wearing a helmet, shoes with proper documents on NH. My bike's speed was 70kph and suddenly one person who was riding in same direction suddenly without looking back crossed the road from left to right. My injury was very fatal: hand broken, shoulder broken, a lot of scratches. My anger was such that one unknown loamy local person there kicked on my shoulder from behind. I think that is not ethical to any victims. What action can I take against such a person?
