Can absorbed ISRO employees return if unit becomes PSU?
We are a group of scientists and engineers employed by ISRO. We transferred to an autonomous body under the Department of Space in 2006 under "permanent absorption." In 2022, this body was transferred to another ministry. If the unit is closed or converted into a PSU, do we have a claim to be absorbed back into DOS/ISRO, considering our original appointment was by DOS?
