Can I fast-track CWP service case for earlier hearing dates?

The case is related to Punjab recruitment, where 7 diploma holders attempted a recruitment test, whereas only degree holders were eligible. They requested a stay on the basis that they attempted the exam and are on the merit list, even though they were not eligible in terms of educational qualification. A stay was granted by the Punjab and Haryana High Court for only 7 posts before appointment letters were given to 475 candidates. Later, or sooner, they will be dismissed, but I am on the next waiting list. My appointment will be considered after this writ is dismissed, and this is causing me loss due to delayed appointment because of the longer hearing dates. Is it possible to fast-track the CWP service case to get earlier hearing dates?
