Can I get revised relieving letter without negative remark?

I joined ABC Company in 2014, which has a 90-day notice period with a buyout option. After COVID, the buyout option was removed. They now require serving the full 90-day notice or accept a negative remark on the resignation letter. I applied to other companies, but none were willing to wait 90 days. After working for almost 10 years, I decided to join a new company after serving only 30 days' notice. I informed ABC HR via email that I had two months of earned leave available and was willing to pay, but I was unable to serve the full notice period. However, they did not agree. Due to financial reasons, I joined the new company. After five months of follow-up, I received the relieving letter from ABC, but it included a negative remark: "Unprofessional Exit." Now, other companies are rejecting my application due to this remark. Can I request a revised relieving letter from ABC? I have email proof and screenshots that I served 30 days' notice.
