Is court’s bond and certificate retention legally valid or not?

I was selected as a Junior Assistant in the AP District Court through direct recruitment. Now the court is asking us to sign a ₹5 lakh bond for a 2-year probation period and is also keeping our original certificates. Is this legal? Doesn’t this go against the Labour Code and Article 19? Can the court frame such rules in contradiction to the APJMS 2019?

Forcing a ₹5 lakh bond and keeping original certificates is legally questionable, especially under Labour Laws and Fundamental Rights. You can file a representation with the Administrative Tribunal or High Court if rules violate APJMS 2019 or Article 19. Keeping original documents without consent is also not legally valid.
