What actions can I take if maternity pay hasn’t been received?
I have completed 2 months after maternity leave, as mentioned in my offer letter. According to the letter, employees will receive maternity pay after rejoining for 2 months. However, despite completing the period, they have not paid me. What action can I take? Please suggest.
