Then I became a little angry and said, 'Are you the Human Resource Manager? You are ghosting me so much. I don’t think so. You aren’t being any resource to me or any other employees. Please quit your job and do something else.' Is this female harassment? I received a legal notice from the company, and they filed a defamation case for naming and shaming them on LinkedIn. What should I do? Is there a case here?
