Marriage certificate with updated issue date for PR

Hi, I and my wife got married in 2018 and we have our marriage certificate which was issued in 2018. Now, we are applying for EU residency, and for that, they are asking for a marriage certificate issued in the last three months. I'm able to download my marriage certificate from District but it's the same one that was issued in 2018. Please help me to figure out what we can do in such a situation. We also need it to be apostilled. Thank you

you can obtain a fresh marriage certificate by applying to the same district registrar where your original certificate was issued, typically by submitting your original certificate, ID proofs, and a nominal fee. For apostille, you'll need to approach the Ministry of External Affairs in New Delhi, which can provide an apostille on your marriage certificate to validate it for international use like EU residency applications.

With the formal request letter written for the concerned issuing authority i.e. Sub register office, the recent marriage certificate can be issued. Submit that certificate to MEA, to get it apostilled.

Hello sir,

if you are not getting the marriage certificate then you should approach to the concerned marriage registrar office where you have registered your marriage and from their  you can approach for the marriage certificate.
