Can HSPC hold my license after successful verification?

My pharmacist license with the Haryana State Pharmacy Council (HSPC) has been placed on hold pending re-verification of my Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from Manav Bharti University, Solan (H.P.), for the academic session 2015–2018. It is important to note that, prior to the Hon’ble Court’s directive to initiate an investigation into the university, my B.Pharm degree had already been verified through the standard procedure of HSPC, and my registration had been successfully upgraded from D.Pharm to B.Pharm. Following the court’s intervention, a positive re-verification report has now been issued by the Registrar of Manav Bharti University, confirming that my admission, registration number, examination records, and academic progress are authentic and properly documented in the university’s official digital gazette and Green Sheet Register.

You can send a formal representation to the university demanding timely issuance of your degree. File an RTI for status updates. If unresolved, approach HP-PERC with proof of verification. As a last resort, file a writ petition in the Himachal Pradesh High Court seeking a mandamus directing the university to issue your degree without further delay.
