Can I legally practice while working a full-time job?
I am preparing for the Civil Judge exam. I have a background in a technical field, but I have also completed my LLB. As three years of legal practice is mandatory, can I pursue legal practice alongside my full-time technical job? If I appear in court cases and handle legal work while prioritizing my legal practice, will this be considered as valid three-year practice under the rules?
To qualify for Civil Judge exams, you need three years of actual legal practice. Just being enrolled or appearing occasionally may not count. If your full-time job limits regular legal work, it might not be accepted. You will need to show active court appearances and case work to be eligible.
