DEFENDANT EMPLOYING IN OVERSEAS

Dear Sir, I sent a legal letter to my brother, which was received by his wife in India. After few days, I received reply letter from their lawyer. Now my brother is employed in Overseas (not in India). My lawyer says that can proceed legal suit only when he is in India. I do not know his Overseas Address. Kindly advise in what ways that I can proceed legal suit. Thank You
