How can I legally recover my money?
Two years ago, I gave ₹1 lakh to my friend, through Paytm and PhonePe. He assured me that he would return the money within 2–3 months. However, after that period, when I asked for my money back, he stopped responding to my calls and messages. What legal action can I take against him now? Please guide me.
If your friend is not responding to your calls and messages then you firstly you should send legal notice asking him to return ₹1 lakh. If he did not rpond to the legal notice, then you can take legal action by filing a civil suit for money recovery in court of law. You shoul keep all the required evidences safe.
