How can I prove our relationship was consensual, not promised marriage?

The girl is already married but has been in a relationship with me for one year. Now, she is saying that if I do not marry her, I have made a false promise of marriage and had a physical relationship with her, and she will file a case against me. However, I never promised to marry her. What should I do now? Would an affidavit agreement help me prove that this was a consensual relationship and not based on a false promise? If we signed an affidavit stating that we both were in a consensual relationship with no promise of marriage, would this agreement help in court to prove that it was consensual and not based on a false promise? How can I prove that this was a consensual relationship?

Sir, to handle this situation, gather any proof like messages or conversations showing you never promised marriage. You can also sign an affidavit with her stating the relationship was consensual and not based on marriage promises, though it might not be conclusive in court. Consult a lawyer for proper guidance and defense who can help you to gather the right evidence and protect yourself from false claims. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
