How to apply for birth certificates?
My child was born in Mumbai at my mother’s house, but my in-laws live in Uttar Pradesh. What should be my child’s permanent address? I want to apply for his birth certificate — should I apply in Mumbai or UP? Are there any differences, pros, or cons of doing the process in Mumbai?
