Dear client, you can first send a legal notice demanding your unpaid salary. If the payment is still not made you may file a complaint before the Labour Commission or Labour Court in New Delhi for better resolution of a problem. I hope this answers your question and for further queries contact us.

Dear client, You can send a notice to your employer asking for immediate payment. If they ignore it you can file a complaint, under the Payment of Wages Act. Alternatively you can go to the Labour Court or Industrial Tribunal to get your salary back. Keep all your employment papers, payslips and emails as proof. Taking action can help you get your salary with interest or penalties. Make sure you have all your documents ready. This way you can ensure you get what you are owed. If you have any query please feel free to contact us.

You can issue a formal demand notice to your employer requesting immediate payment. If ignored, file a complaint under the Payment of Wages Act or approach the Labour Court/Industrial Tribunal for recovery. Keep all employment records, payslips, and communication as evidence. Legal action can ensure salary is paid with possible interest or penalties. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
