How to deal legally with misbehavior of police officers?

I went to a Police Station to help my friend to write his complaint then one police office came and take us into a section where he was taking finger prints thru a machine wherein it was written " Identification of Suspects" one police office have taken my thumb prints forcefully and used foul language with me.
