How to get fair order and complain in partition suit?

I filed a partition suit, and my father's brother filed an implead petition, which the court allowed. I wish to appeal this order, but for the past six months, I have been unable to obtain a copy of the fair and decretal order. The court staff is providing only the decretal order. I personally filed a copy application specifically requesting both the fair and decretal orders. However, I received only the decretal order along with a different Order 7 Rule 11 order for the same IA. When I questioned the staff, they claimed that no fair order exists. I suspect that the court staff may be colluding with the respondent’s advocate to prevent me from filing an appeal. Kindly advise how I can obtain the fair order and where/how I can file a complaint regarding this matter.

You should file an RTI application asking for the fair order and related documents. If they still do not give it, send a complaint to the Registrar General. You can also file an appeal with the available decretal order and explain the situation in an affidavit. If needed, approach the High Court.
