How to handle false FIR and threats from wife?

For the past five years of my marriage, my wife has been aggressive, violent, and has forced me to cut ties with my family and relatives. I developed anxiety and my health deteriorated. I am now in the UK for higher studies, while my wife is living with her parents in India. She is threatening to commit suicide if I don’t comply with her demands. My health is already compromised and I am unable to focus on my studies. I want to end this toxic relationship, but how can I do that while I’m in the UK? She is also threatening to lodge a false FIR against me in India.
