How to separate legally from abusive family and hospitalisation?

I want to legally separate from my family. I’ve been trying since I was 18. They, along with some local police and doctors they know, falsely diagnosed me with a mental illness. When I complained, the matter went to the women’s police station, where some sort of "settlement" was made between me and my family. After that, they started secretly mixing psychiatric medication in my food and water without my consent. I’m now ruined. My family later admitted me to a psychiatric hospital, where I was held for 20 days. They are blackmailing me and not allowing me to leave. Please help urgently.
