How to unfreeze bank account?

Respected Sir, my bank account has been frozen due to a complaint raised by Akara Capital Advisors Private Limited through its service provider EQX Analytics Private Limited (Stashfin). I depend entirely on my salary account for my education, room rent, medical expenses, and family needs. I have no other source of income and am facing serious financial difficulties. What should I do in this situation?

Dear client, You should immediately contact the bank and ask for the freeze order details and a complaint copy. If the freeze is due to a loan or dispute, try to settle or respond formally to it. If it is unjustified, you can also approach the Police cyber-cell, Banking Ombudsman or the court for relief in account freezing. I hope this answers your question and for further queries contact us.

Dear client, If your bank account has been frozen as a result of a complaint by Akara Capital Advisors Private Limited through its service provider EQX Analytics Private Limited (Stashfin), make an initial request from your bank for written details regarding the freeze and the complaint. Then write a letter with supporting documents and give it to the concerned company. If there is no resolution then you can file your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman or in the consumer commission for getting relief. If you have any query please feel free to contact us.
