Illegal possession of certificates
Mi 2014-17 student Raha hu cr polytechnic college guntur and I passed out but college doesn't provide my all certificates they ask for money and I can't pay because of I studied there from Bihar scholarship but scholarship doesn't pass from Bihar so they ask for me and I can't .I belong to very poor family.

As you will have to pay the institute fee to get the certificate ready and if the bihar goovernment is not releasing the schloarship fund then talk to the authorities to release the fund to know more in details please call on our helpline number
