My account is freeze, what should I do?

My bank account was frozen by the Cyber Cell of Uttar Pradesh, even though I am from Pune, Maharashtra, due to some disputed transaction. It has been two months, and nothing has happened, and I am unable to use my account services. I have already paid the lien amount, but they are not taking any further action. My account is completely frozen. Please tell me what I should do.

Dear client, you should immediately get the freeze ordered or complaint details from your bank and contact the concerned Cyber sell in Uttar Pradesh with proof of payment and the documents. If no action is taken, then send a written representation and approach the local court or the High Court through a lawyer for defreezing of the account. May this help and you have any further issues do not hesitate to contact us.

Your account freeze must be challenged by contacting the investigating officer and bank in writing. Since lien amount is already paid, file an application for unfreezing. If delay continues, approach Magistrate Court for release of account. Also escalate complaint to Cyber Crime Cell supervisor for faster action.
