What action to take against blackmail?
A boy is blackmailing my sister by threatening to share her photos with family. His mother is a police officer. How can we take legal action and get the data deleted from his phone?

File an FIR immediately under Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 66E and 67 IT Act. The police must act, even if the accused’s mother is a police officer.
