What are my legal options for repeated PF rejection?
I initiated the PF withdrawal process approximately one year ago. Since then, every claim submission has been rejected without any specific or valid reason provided by the department. The rejection messages simply state a general refusal. My KYC and all documents are complete. What legal steps can I take now?
Since your PF claim is complete but repeatedly rejected without reason, first file a complaint on the EPFO Grievance Portal. You can also file an RTI to know the exact reason.
