Dear client, as per your query, If your bank account is blocked, promptly get in touch with your bank to understand the reason, such as suspected unusual transactions, incomplete KYC compliance, or outstanding dues. Take immediate steps to resolve the issue by submitting the required documents like identification or income proof, or by clearing any pending liabilities. If the blockage continues without proper justification, it is advisable to seek legal assistance. I hope this answer was helpful. For further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you.

Dear Client, Approach the Bank in which you hold the bank account and enquire about the reason for your account being blocked. After finding out the reasons, you can fill the applications to unfreeze your account by submitting it to the bank along with the required documents. If the issue is in relation to an order given by an authority try to resolve the issue to get your bank account unfrozen. If you feel that the bank was wrong in doing so, you can approach the banking ombudsman for redressal. I hope this was helpful. For further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you

Immediately contact your bank branch to know the exact reason for blocking (court order, cyber case, KYC issue, or dues). Submit required documents or replies in writing. If the block is unjustified or prolonged, you can file a complaint with the Banking Ombudsman or approach the court for relief. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
