What is eligibility for admission to the three-year LL.B. course?

I passed Madhyamik from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education. I passed Higher Secondary from the West Bengal Council of Rabindra Open Schooling. I completed my graduation from Netaji Subhas Open University. Am I eligible for admission to the three-year LL.B. course? Will the Bar Council of India permit me to practice in court after completing the course?

Yes, you can take admission in a 3-year LL.B course because your graduation from Netaji Subhas Open University is valid. After completing LL.B from a college approved by the Bar Council of India and passing the AIBE exam, you will be allowed to practice law in Indian courts.
