What to do if court stay is not lifted for years?
The judgment was in my favor in the lower court. The opposition has obtained a stay on that judgment, and the case has been ongoing for 15 years just to get the stay lifted. Is my lawyer misleading me? What should I do next?

Your case has been stuck for too long. A stay is temporary, not meant to last 15 years. Ask your lawyer to file an application to remove the stay and request a speedy hearing.
