What to do if police ignore FIR and investigation?
I reported a snatching case and lodged an FIR. Since then, the investigating officer has taken no action and has not checked the CCTV footage. What actions can I take?

If police are not investigating, you can approach the Superintendent of Police or file a complaint with the Magistrate. You may also file a private complaint.
