Wrong product received, no refund—how to send notice?
I ordered a product from an e-commerce site on 20th July 2023 but received the wrong item worth ₹321. I’ve tried for 25 days via email and WhatsApp to get a refund or replacement, but nothing happened. I’m a student and can’t afford a lawyer. Please guide me on how to send a legal notice.
You can send a legal notice to the company demanding a refund or replacement. If ignored, file a complaint in the Consumer Forum online (efile in NCDRC site).
