What is the time limit for claiming compensation in case of accident?
My MACT Case is disposed on Dec 19 2023 and today is 95th day after, still my compensation is not received to me what can I do now?
You can check with the MACT and the insurance company about the payment status. If delayed, file an execution petition under Order 21 CPC before the Tribunal. If needed, approach the High Court for direction to expedite the process.
