Harassment leading to fraudulent transactions - What should I do?

I made an ICICI credit card payment through Mobikwik, but ICICI did not receive it, although Mobikwik confirmed the payment. ICICI started charging late fees. Out of anxiety, I posted about it on Twitter. After that, I received a fraudulent call, and the scammer used a remote access app to transact ₹40,000 from my credit card. Now, after 3 months, Mobikwik says the transaction was declined. Meanwhile, I’ve been fighting with the bank, and the ombudsman has said I need to pay the amount. What can I do?

You should immediately file a written complaint with the Cyber Crime Portal (www.cybercrime.gov.in) regarding the ₹40,000 fraud via remote access, and submit this along with all proof to ICICI including all transaction records from Mobikwik showing the payment was confirmed earlier and now declined.
