What if I cannot attend ECS hearing in Delhi?
I reside in Maharashtra. I have received a court summons for an ECS bounce case filed against me in Delhi, with a hearing date set for May 15. Due to urgent personal matters, I am unable to travel to Delhi on that date. I kindly request your professional help to appear on my behalf and seek a new date from the court.
