I had a relationship with a lady met through facebook. As time passed, I realised that she was keeping hidden everything about herself from me- her educational qualification, family background, address etc. Then I wanted to break up from relationship, she and her family defamed me by giving false allegation in front of political party coming in our area. After that she and her family threatening me by following- kidnapping my sister, committing suicide, making chaos at my work place and my house, lodging false case against me and my parents, threatening through goons over phone. I have all sms and call records. Please help in this regards as soon as possible. Thank you
As they are defaming and also threatenig you about your life and also to kidnap your sister you can file an FIR under section 351 of BNS for criminal intimidation including death threats and section 74 and 79 of BNS which talks about the Modesty of women and also make a complaint under section 66A of IT Act ,2000 to nearest cyber police station regarding that matter and block and report his account on facebook , and for more information you can take a help of lawyer
