What is the Supreme Court decision on handcuffing?
If we are in jail and attend the court, do we petition the court instead of carrying handcuffs?

The Supreme Court declared that prima facie, handcuffing is inhuman, unreasonable and arbitrary unless justified by fair procedure and objective monitoring.

Sir, In this case, the court decided that handcuffs cannot be used as a means of punishment and their use by police must be justified. The court has also declared that women, minors, and non-violent offenders should not be handcuffed for which you can appeal in the court through a lawyer.
