What legal action can be taken against threat and defamation?
During a dispute caused by a resident of the colony, an argument took place. I did not say anything related to caste, but he suddenly started threatening me, saying he would file an atrocity case against me in the open colony WhatsApp group, where more than 50 members (except him) have been harassed by him and are supporting me.
