Can company stop salary and remove employee without notice?
My company stopped my salary and removed me without any notice. They also withheld my bonus and other dues. I’ve been struggling for two years to get my job or money back. Can I legally force them to rehire or pay my pending dues?

Your company cannot stop your salary or dues without notice. You can send a legal notice for recovery of salary, bonus, and pending benefits. File a complaint with the Labour Commissioner.
