Can we get bail and quash FIR in false rape case?
I left my internship without serving the notice period. Now they have sent me a legal notice demanding ₹1 lakh as compensation. However, this amount was never mentioned in the offer letter. What should I do?

If ₹1 lakh compensation is not mentioned in your offer letter or any agreement, they cannot legally demand it. Reply through a lawyer stating that the claim is baseless.
