Do I have to pay bond amount if no training given?

Hi, I joined a company in March 2022. I was asked to sign a ₹3 lakh bond for 2 years’ service, which was not mentioned before joining. I had no choice but to sign. Later, I was sent to the Czech Republic and made to sign another similar bond, but no training was given there. Now after resigning, they are demanding ₹3 lakhs + 18% tax. My 2 months' salary is also on hold. Am I legally required to pay this bond amount?

If you signed the bond under pressure and no training was given, you can challenge the bond legally. Also, holding your salary is illegal. Send a legal notice demanding your salary and rejecting the bond claim. If not resolved, file a case in the labor court or consumer forum. Document everything.
