How can I defend myself and obtain dues and release letter?

I am seeking your advice regarding my suspension from my current employer without a release letter and without receiving my salary. My manager and colleagues have conspired against me, making false allegations of misconduct based on personal GPay and cash transactions. These were not official transactions. These transactions were personal loans given to colleagues for health issues, outings, and private parties, made in mutual trust without official agreements. We shared a good relationship, and sometimes they repaid me with sweets or gifts. I have some proof, but most transactions were based on trust. I need your guidance to prepare a defense, understand my legal rights, clear my dues from the company, and obtain my release letter. I look forward to discussing this matter.

Sir, to resolve your suspension issue, collect any proof you have of the personal transactions, like messages or receipts. It is a good idea to consult an expert lawyer to understand your rights and prepare a defense. You can file a complaint for unpaid salary and request your release letter. If necessary, send a legal notice to the company to recover your dues. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
