How can I get my documents after completing notice period?

I worked for 2.3 years in the same organization. Recently, I left my previous company after completing my official 90-day notice period. After completing my last working day, they asked and forced me to extend and complete my target, but I denied. They told me they would not relieve me and did not provide my relieving letter, FNF, and experience letter. After completing my notice period, I left the organization. How can I get my documents? Kindly help me. Is it compulsory to extend and complete the targets after completing the notice period? How can I get my documents from the company?

If your company refuses to provide your documents after you’ve completed your notice period, you can send them a legal notice demanding your relieving letter and other documents. If they still refuse, you can approach the labor commissioner or file a suit for breach of contract in civil court. For further legal assistance contact us on our helpline number.
